Welcome to Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc. By accessing or using the website nuwayrents.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Separate rental agreements govern the actual rental of equipment from our locations and will be provided at the time of your rental transaction.

3. Use of the Site

4. Rental Requests and Quotes

Submitting a rental request or inquiry through the Site does not constitute a binding rental agreement. All rentals are subject to equipment availability and are finalized only upon execution of a written rental agreement at the time of pickup or delivery. Rates displayed on the Site are estimates and may be subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of rental.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and data, is the property of Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc. does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
